We have launched a new giveaway that starts on 24 Oct 2021 and will go on till 21 Jan 2022 for a total of 90 days. The following terms and conditions apply:
- 'We' refers to the company 'Madish Style Bar Private Limited'. 'You' refers to the participant who is taking part in the giveaway, out of your own will and without any prejudice.
- Your entry will become eligible once you complete all the tasks assigned to the giveaway. These tasks will be explicitly mentioned on our social media posts.
- You are welcome to repeat these tasks during the 90 day period to increase your odds of winning.
- Public profiles are preferred, but we will accept private profiles as well if proof of task completion is shown.
- It is unnecessary to purchase anything from our website to participate.
- All eligible entries will go into a pool and winners will be picked daily.
- Once a winner is picked, their entry will be withdrawn from the pool. In other words, there will be a new winner every day.
- Winners will be announced on our social media pages and we will be happy to tag you.
- Winner will have to provide their contact details such as address, phone, email ID or other such basic details so that we can successfully deliver your giveaway product.
- The giveaway product is chosen at our discretion and returns or exchanges are unavailable. All giveaway products are brand new and from our current stock itself.
- Once you receive the product, you are encouraged to post a photo or video of you wearing it or using it. This can be a story or feed or wherever you deem fit. If your post is tasteful and if we expect it to resonate well with our audience, we will also share it and tag you as well.
- You are strongly discouraged from making entries through multiple profiles or fake profiles or impersonation just for the sake of participation. If such entries come to our attention, we will disqualify all entries made by you.
- If there's any evidence of any type of fraud or any attempt to circumvent our processes or systems, we will immediately disqualify all your entries. If such evidence is found after you have been declared as a winner, we will void your winning entry and all other entries made by you and also entries of other participants who have colluded with you.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms or withdraw the giveaway scheme with or without notice before the end of the 90 day period.
