  1. Timeline: Please file your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return: All eligible orders can be returned against which we will issue you a store credit voucher called Madish Credit.
  3. Replacement / Exchange: Available for all eligible orders. However, if a replacement product is unavailable at the time, Madish Credit will be issued. If you want to exchange for a different size or colour, you have to file the return first.
  4. Validity: Madish Credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  5. Cancelled Orders: All prepaid orders which are cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original source as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.


  1. The standard method to return a product is by using our free pick-up service. Kindly note that this service is subject to availability at your pin code.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, you’ll have to self-ship the product. The actual cost of shipping incurred by you will be reimbursed as Madish credit. The maximum amount we will reimburse is INR 250.
  3. For a return request to be accepted, all returned items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags, stickers and packaging intact.
  4. Your store credit will be issued only once per order.
  5. Products bought using a store credit are non-returnable / non-replaceable.
  6. Madish Credit will be issued after your products are received at our warehouse and passed by the quality control team.
