Our orders are eligible for returns, based on the following terms and conditions: 

1. All orders: To let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
2. All COD orders: Replacement or store credit only.
3. All orders with any discount: Replacement or store credit only. 
4. No reverse pick up for sale products.
5. All orders sold on promotion days: Replacement or store credit only, and this applies only if there is a material defect. 
6. All digital payments without any discount: Refund or replacement or store credit.
7. For exchanges or replacements, only one exchange or replacement is allowed. 

Our refund policy is simplified as follows: 

1. Only digital payments made at full product price are eligible for refund.
2. Only product charges are refunded.
3. For shipping charges, we will deduct a maximum of INR 199 from the refund amount.
