Can I return the products?
Yes, If you are not satisfied with the product you can return the product. You need to fill the return form within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Click on the link below:
However the approval of return request is subject to the following conditions:
- The returned product must be unused, and it must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items can only be exchanged or you can opt for a store credit.
- Swimwear and Cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned.
How do I return the product?

Option 2: We can arrange a reverse pick up depending upon the availability of the service in your area pin code. It takes 7 working days for the product to be picked up. It is subject to the courier company can take longer than 7 days. It takes 7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse. The reverse pick up is free. WE CANNOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT/SEND REPLACEMENT UNTILL AND UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL
Can store credit be refunded into my bank account?
- In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
Can I get a store credit/refund/replace the replacement product sent to me?
- Replacement cannot be returned in any case.

How do I get a refund?
